What we collect, and what happens to it.

What we collect

If you write to us or use the enquiry form, we receive what you send: your name, your email address, and whatever you tell us about your business. That is the only personal data this site collects. There is no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on these pages.

What we use it for

Replying to you, preparing for a call if you book one, and nothing else. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Where it lives

In our email and scheduling tools, and in the service that delivers the enquiry form to our inbox. Each holds it under its own security terms, and none of them is permitted to use it for anything beyond getting it to us. We keep correspondence for as long as a conversation is live, or as long as the law requires where an engagement follows.

Your side of it

Ask at any time and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@harrisalter.com and it gets handled by a person.
