Harris Alter is a growth studio, built on years of growth hacking startups and scale-ups across tech and Web3. Since 2019 the work has run from first customer to scale.
The same bottlenecks repeat across B2B and B2C, SaaS and services, seed and enterprise. Most founders arrive convinced their problem is unique. It rarely is.
Much of that work was in Web3, where conditions swing on regulation, politics and macro all at once. Product-market fit shows up in days or not at all. Nowhere teaches faster.
We do not write the code, but we speak it well enough to know what is cheap and what is possible. Everyone has the same agents now. Almost nobody knows what to say no to. That judgement took years to earn. Yours can cost a phone call.
Work starts with a conversation. What you are trying to do, what you have tried, what happened. We name the bottleneck, and nothing gets built before it is agreed.
Then the build. Anything manual runs on agentic systems, so the work does not stop when someone leaves the desk.
Based in Australia, working everywhere. We ask one thing of a client. Know where you want to get to, and be willing to go deep on why you are not there yet.
