The story
Harris Alter is a growth studio, built on years of growth hacking startups and scale-ups across fintech, digital assets and emerging technology. Since 2019 the work has run from first customer to scale.
The same bottlenecks repeat across B2B and B2C, SaaS and services, from seed to enterprise. Most founders arrive convinced their problem is unique. It rarely is.
Much of that work was in digital assets, where conditions swing on regulation, politics and macro all at once. Product-market fit shows up in days or not at all. Nowhere teaches faster.
We read code well enough to know what is cheap, what is possible and what is worth building. Everyone has the same agents now. Almost nobody knows what to say no to. That judgement took years to earn. Yours can cost a phone call.

Founder
Victor founded Harris Alter after years running growth for technology companies that were still being invented, most of it in crypto and fintech. He led go-to-market for HaHa Wallet from a rough beta to 2.5 million users with no paid acquisition, built the partner channel for Bitget across Oceania through the Luna and FTX collapse, closed twenty-plus partnerships for Banxa at the bottom of the market, and ran the community and distribution behind a token that reached a $316M peak with no team and no treasury.
The pattern across all of it: the constraint is rarely the one the founder names, and the fix is a system, not a hire. Harris Alter is that system, built and run for one company at a time. Based in Australia.
